These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Hairstyle mobile application ("Application"), operated by Godeb Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered at 8 The Green, Suite D, Dover, DE 19901, USA.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

These Terms are effective as of January 31, 2026.

1. Eligibility

The Application is not intended for users under the age of 13. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the Application.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of the Application may require you to create an account using your name or username and email address. You may also sign in using third-party authentication providers, including Facebook Login and Google Login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. Use of the Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Upload, submit, or transmit content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others;
• Use the Application to generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate or harmful context;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Application;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Application or its servers and networks;
• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the Application;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Device Permissions

The Application may request access to certain features on your device, including:

• Camera Access — to capture photos or videos for use within the Application;
• Photo Gallery Access — to allow you to select and upload images from your device;
• Contacts — to enable features that involve sharing or connecting with your contacts.

You may manage these permissions through your device settings at any time. Revoking certain permissions may limit the functionality of the Application.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, graphics, and all related content, is the property of Godeb Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to the Application. By using the Application, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or generate through the Application. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Advertising and Tracking

The Application displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. We use digital analytics software and tracking technologies, including local storage and sessions, to measure Application traffic, usage patterns, and to improve the Application. We may also use retargeting technologies for advertising purposes. By using the Application, you consent to the use of such technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to Facebook Login, Google Login, and third-party advertising networks. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that results generated by the Application will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Godeb Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Godeb Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Godeb Group LLC regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
